The Lion has great arts in protection and defense, which are one of the secrets of his excellence. When a man is described as a Lion, it means that he is skillful in defense and attack, and that he plans for defense just as he plans for the attack, this is what we have learned from the Lion. We discovered that they resent many of those who obtain the title "Lion", simply because they acquired the audacity to attack. They told us that they are not that superficial as perceived by humans, and they disown from any attack not based on a defense plan.

How exciting are those times when you receive the news that the Lion is ready to have his breakfast, as the cameras begin to sharpen their mettle to shoot the rare scenes of the king of the jungle while he is preparing his breakfast, then devour it voraciously. The Breakfast may be a deer, a wild buffalo, or a wild zebra!

Sometimes, the relationship between the people and the leaderships of change, even if they are varied and diverse, is like the relationship between the body with its nails, after a while the body gets rid of them, without even caring for this. In fact, it is the body which has supported them when it decided to grow its nails, and it is the same body that has also decided to abandon the same nails either for not being convinced of them, for their bad looking shape, or because their behaviors have become painful, scratching, or so the body thought.

Usually we liken a courageous human to the Lion, because he is a fearless bold dauntless person. However, the Lion is not expressed in the wilds in the singular form "The Lion". As a matter of fact if a lion appears, it means there are other lions accompanying him. This is what we discovered when our guide told us...the Lion is there, pointing away to a moving animal behind the Savannah grass. But as we picked up the binoculars magnifier, and started to stare at him; we found a Lion led by a second, then a third and a fourth…etc…And we started to race each other to count them.

Respecting the diversity of the components of the change project, along with understanding the existence of different action mechanisms, is necessary to activate the idea of the “Normal Society”. Thus, it is not required to get the whole society work in the same way, however the components of “Natural Society” protect one other, and each one corrects the others’ mistakes.

The Lion is a skillful hunter. He has a good choice of target as well as reaching it; after meeting with him we got out with the following advices:

He is well known as the “King of the Jungle”, and if a man wants to be described as brave; he elates if told  “You are a Lion”. We met him in his home. We traveled to him in a special visit, to examine his life closely, enjoy contemplating his courage and hoping to get infected with it, listen to his roar in humility, so we may assimilate him in our struggle.

The idea of ​​this series came from the inspiration of a tour in the wilds of "Masai Mara", in Southern Kenya, which is the original home of many wild animals. You see them there on their nature in their environment; you cannot but contemplate them, listen to them and learn from them how they manage their affairs in this sprawling world.
