An army does not achieve victory with its artillery weapon solely, for there are other weapons serving the bombing ones, such as logistics, supply, engineers, and others…If the artillery is capable of destroying the enemy’s fortresses and equipment, it will not be able to continue its work and move forward, unless supported by other works that provide it with logistics, pave the roads for it, mobilize more troops, and develop the appropriate strategy for the new stage. Since the military victory is not just demolishing forts and storming barriers; but also ensuring the construction and stability in the region which was occupied or freed.
